All matter is energy. The rate of its vibration determines its density and physical manifestation. Stones are energy. The palms of your hands are an energy meridian. The porosity of the stones attracts and releases the out of balance energy from your body and transmutes it back to Mother Earth in a pure form for recycling.

ORIGIN

SETTLEing STONES™ are indigenous and rare. They are found off the coastal shores and are collected only between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. These stones have been tumbled in the ocean current for hundreds of years and energized by the soothing rhythm of waves and water. They are balanced with negative ions unique to mountain and ocean shores.

PREPARATION

Each stone is cleared of all accumulated energy through a process using Celtic Sea salt. During meditation, each stone’s energy intuitively pairs with another. As you use the stones, they will attune to your individual vibration. The result is an actual sense of calm and well-being.

HOW TO USE SETTLEing STONES™
SETTLEing STONES™ work best in a relaxed environment, before or during sleep, or in your meditation practice. Find a quiet, tranquil setting and place a SETTLEing STONE™ in the palm of each hand and just “be” with them. Ask the stones to remove any energy that is not for your highest good and return it to Mother Earth transformed into light. Silently, or audibly, state your intention. For example, “May all out of balance energy be released with love and grace and returned with purity and unity to the Universe.”

Sit quietly for as long as you wish and let the stones do their work. You may experience a tingling sensation or muscle jolts. This is the stones releasing trapped energy. Always you will experience a subtle shift in consciousness. When you feel the desired effects of peace and calm you will know you are complete.
